Stud Groom of the Year is back, with an amazing opportunity for anyone* working in an equine stud groom operation, to travel to Australia to visit some of the highly respected stud farms relevant to their industry and Kentucky Equine Research HQ – with return flights, meals and accommodation provided.

*Stud Groom of the Year – Entry Requirements 

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older 
• Currently work on any form of equine stud operation with at least six months of experience on a stud. 
• Demonstrate a high level of care for horse welfare and display excellent horsemanship daily. 
• Have a positive work ethic and be willing to work hard to go above and beyond what is expected of them, in their day-to-day duties. 
• Eager to continue learning and strive to create positive change within the stud and in the industry.
