Caution: Do not feed to any animal species other than those stipulated on the label.
Lighter ewes/hoggets: Typical feeding rate is 350g/head/day.
Rams and ewes: Typical feeding rate is 200g/head/day.
Optimum feeding rates depend on pasture availability and quality, and the age and condition of the sheep. Start feeding NRM Pre-Tup Nuts four to six weeks prior to tupping and feed until tupping. To maximise benefits to the flock feed NRM PreTup Nuts during tupping.
Transition onto NRM Pre-Tup Nuts by starting with 50g/head/ day for a week before building up to 200g/head/day over the following week. If feeding lighter ewes and hoggets then allow another week to increase up to 350g/head/day. Feed in a line or many small piles to reduce competition. Always ensure an adequate amount of forage, and fresh clean water is available at all times.
